SUMMARY

I have nearly 35 years experience in telecommunications engineering at Verizon Communications. The last 7 years were involved with development,
deployment, and support of an intranet application for over 8000 users. This application was directly involved with a revenue stream of 1 to 2 billion
dollars per year. I gathered user requirements and interfaced with the Information Technology organization in their development and deployment.
I managed user accounts, trained users and maintained database tables. I also designed and developed a supporting web site and on-line database
applications to support the primary application. These were deployed on a fast track with plans to later integrate this functionality in the Information
Technology developed application.
